Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Special Order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return must be unopened and in original unmarked packaging. All returns must be prior authorized by Stellar Auto & Mobility. All return shipping is at the buyer's expense. All items being returned will be subject to an inspection for damage, completeness, and general resalability. All credits and refunds are pending inspection results. We only warranty Stellar Auto & Mobility branded products. Any defective items other than a Stellar Auto & Mobility Branded product should be addressed with manufacturer directly. We can facilitate these returns, but very long wait times for credits, refunds or replacement items.
